USA defeated Paraguay 4-1 on Friday night, June 12, 2026, in the first match. There’s a lot of excitement for soccer in America right now. Los Angeles Stadium hosted 70,492 fans, and for many, it was a great opportunity to experience soccer’s thrills.

The US broke through Paraguay’s defense in the seventh minute when Weston McKennie’s cross was kicked into the net by Damián Bobadilla for an own goal. In the 37th minute, Balogun scored his first goal of the game, beating goalkeeper Orlando Gill to make it 2-0.
