Seven teams from groups A, B, and C have qualified for the next knockout round of 32.

Mexico, South Africa, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the last group matches, South Africa defeated Korea Republic 1-0 in the very sensational game, and secured its place in the next round of 32 leaving Korea on the brink. While Mexico beat Czechia 3-0 and secured first place in the Group A ousting opponent from the world cup.

Similarly, Switzerland won their last group match against Canada 2-1 securing first place in the group B. However, Canada secured second place in the group and has qualified for the next round. In another match of group B, Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Qatar 3-1, and also qualified for the next round even securing third place in the group B.  

Three teams from Group B have officially qualified the next round of 32.

In Group C matches, Morocco won their last game against Haiti 4-2, who were already eliminated. While Brazil defeated Scotland 3-0 and secured first place in the group leaving the Scottish team on the brink.

Group A – Mexico and South Africa qualified – Korea Republic on the brink – Czechia eliminated

Group B – Switzerland, Canada, and Bosnia and Herzegovina qualified – Qatar eliminated

Group C – Brazil and Morocco qualified – Scotland on the brink – Haiti eliminated
